Looking after ourselves has to be a priority right now-I’ve designed this class to combine techniques that will restore balance in body and mind leaving you feeling reenergised, relaxed and renewed.
We’ll start with a mindful flow connecting body & breath whilst harnessing your energy within, followed by deep release yin yoga and ending with a guided relaxation bathed in immersive, healing sounds: tribal drums, Tibetan singing bowls & soothing vocals mixing live and pre-recorded sounds.
